MY GOAL:

Raise $1,900 for a Great cause and have Fun doing it!!!


MY MISSION:

Walk 60 Miles in honor of women who have lost their struggle against breast cancer, as well as alongside brave women who continue to fight or have won their struggle!

~ To commit myself to a cause much, much bigger than myself: Breast Cancer, which effects 1 out of 9 women.

~ Breast cancer tragically claims the lives of 40,000 women each year.

~ In America, 500 women are diagnosed with breast cancer each and every day.

~ Sadly 1,000,000 women will go to bed tonight unaware that they have breast cancer.

THESE ARE THE WOMEN I WILL BE WALKING FOR!


MY JOURNEY:

~ I was recruited by my totally awesome older sister Deana. I'm really excited that she brought me on board because I think the 3~Day is for a Wonderful cause!

~ This 3~Day trek begins in Ann Arbor and ends in Detroit.

~ I will be embarking on this endeavor with my sis (but of course) as well as her best friend Bri, along with many others.

~ We're first timers, but I'll be sure to keep you updated as I continue to train, raise money, and eventually set off so check back often!


REMEMBRANCE;

I will be walking for survivors as well as in honor of friends and loved ones. Please let me know if there is anyone I can honor. I would love to publish their names on my web site, as well as lighting a candle for them back at the camp site Remembrance Tent.
